We are currently offering classes on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m
First 10 minutes of the warm up is required to raise your heart rate, and get blood flowing through the muscle groups you will be using. This is important when playing tennis many times overlooked by players, which can leave players at risk of injury, as cold muscles are tighter and prone to injury.
Red/Orange balls from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Green dot balls from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Green balls from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m
